The special gutter design of the engine case ensures smooth and easy installation. Engine case for bi-part sliding is divided into two parts for the convenience of delivery. Using the attached handy metal fittings can easily assemble it.
BELT BLOCK
The low-tensility V-belt is used to connect the driving motor and the hanger. Now belt adjustment is so much easier.
HANGER BLOCK
The space between the top of the door and the rail is easily adjusted by setting a single screw located on the hanger block. The bearing of the guiding wheel are one-body caste, ensuring reliability and durability. Every hanger block in the AS Series weighty type series is attached using dual-guiding wheels. AS Series weighty type series as shown in Figure above.
HANGER MAGNET
When the door opens to the right, and the hanger magnet reaches the red arrow on the control block, the door quickly slows down and stops.
CONTROL BLOCK
The control block contains advanced Hybrid ICs developed by GRIZZLY. Its servo-controlled technology ensures completely safe operation. Should the sensor fail to operate for any reason, however, the door has been designed to be opened by hand. This will trigger another cycle of opening and closing.

MOTOR BLOCK
